Go to the Google Workspace website
Click Start Free Trial or Get Started
Enter your company name and number of employees
Provide your contact information
Choose whether you already have a domain name
If you do not have a domain, buy one during setup
If you already have a domain, enter it
Create your admin account username and password
Verify your domain ownership
Set up Gmail for your domain
Add users or employee email accounts
Configure billing and choose a Google Workspace plan
Complete the setup and sign in to the company Gmail account
