How To Create A Contact List In Outlook?

Open Outlook

Go to People or Contacts

Select New Contact

Enter the contact’s name

Enter the email address

Enter the phone number

Add any other details you want

Click Save or Save & Close

Repeat for each contact

To create a contact list, go to New Contact Group or New List

Enter a name for the contact list

Click Add Members

Choose contacts to add

Save the contact list
