Enter the content you want encoded (URL, text, contact info, Wi‑Fi details, etc.)
Select the QR type (default/QR Code is usually fine)
Choose settings (size, error correction level, margin/quiet zone, color/contrast)
If available, set advanced options (encoding, logo placement, target URL shortener)
Generate the QR code
Download the output (PNG/SVG preferred)
Test the QR code with multiple devices and lighting conditions
Verify the destination/content opens correctly
Print or publish the QR code at adequate size and resolution
Keep the original generator settings so you can regenerate if needed
