Open your Creative inventory
Search for End Portal Frame
Place 12 End Portal Frame blocks in a 3×3 square with the center empty
Make sure all 12 frames face inward toward the center
Add 1 Eye of Ender into each frame
Use the portal after all 12 Eyes of Ender are placed
