Open the Photos app
Select the Live Photo or video you want to use
Tap Share
Scroll down and tap Shortcuts if available, or use a GIF app from the App Store
Open the Shortcuts app
Tap the plus button to create a new shortcut
Add the action Make GIF
Add the action Save to Photo Album
Tap the shortcut name and rename it if needed
Tap Done to save the shortcut
Run the shortcut with your chosen photo or video
Open the saved GIF in Photos
Use a third-party app like GIPHY, ImgPlay, or intoLive if you want more editing options
