Start a new game or use Rosaria, Mother of Rebirth, to respec your character
Choose a base class that matches the build you want
Select a gift if desired, such as the Life Ring or Black Firebomb
Adjust face, skin tone, hair, facial features, and body settings in the character creator
Use the in-game sliders to fine-tune appearance details
Pick a name and confirm your character
Progress to Rosaria in the Cathedral of the Deep to change appearance later
Offer a Pale Tongue to Rosaria to respec stats or alter appearance
Use the appearance change menu to edit your character’s look
Save changes before exiting the menu
Revisit Rosaria whenever you want to make more appearance changes, as long as you have Pale Tongues available
