Open the Creative inventory
Search for End Portal Frame
Place 12 End Portal Frame blocks in a 3×3 square with the center empty
Make sure all 12 frames form a complete ring
Stand outside the square while placing the frames
Rotate each frame so the green eye socket faces inward
Insert an Eye of Ender into each of the 12 frames
Wait for the portal to activate
Step into the End Portal to enter The End
