Open Microsoft Teams
Click Teams in the left sidebar
Select Join or create team
Click Create team
Choose From scratch or From a group or team
Select Private, Public, or Org-wide
Enter a team name
Add a description if needed
Click Create
Add members to the team
Click Close when finished
