Create or open the content you want to convert
Format the document as needed
Click File
Select Save As, Export, or Print
Choose PDF as the file format or printer
Select the destination folder
Enter a file name
Click Save or Export
If using Print, choose Print to PDF and confirm
Open the saved file to verify it was created correctly
