Open Roblox Studio
Create or download a clothing template
Use an image editor to design the clothing
Save the design as a PNG file
Open the Roblox Creator Dashboard
Go to the Avatar items or Clothing upload section
Upload the PNG file
Pay the required upload fee if needed
Wait for moderation approval
Test the clothing on an avatar
Adjust the design if necessary
Reupload the updated file if needed
