Visit the EPFO Unified Portal
Register as an employer on the EPFO portal
Log in with employer credentials
Go to the UAN generation or member registration section
Enter employee details such as name, date of birth, gender, Aadhaar, PAN, bank details, and mobile number
Verify the details entered
Submit the employee information
Authenticate Aadhaar through OTP if required
The system generates the UAN
Share the UAN with the employee
Use the UAN for future EPF account management and linking
