Select the text, file, or item you want to copy or cut
Press Ctrl + C to copy on Windows or Command + C on Mac
Press Ctrl + X to cut on Windows or Command + X on Mac
Click where you want to paste
Press Ctrl + V to paste on Windows or Command + V on Mac
Right-click the selected item and choose Copy or Cut
Right-click the destination and choose Paste
Use the Edit menu and choose Copy, Cut, or Paste
