How To Cut Up A Pineapple?

Wash the pineapple

Place it on a cutting board

Cut off the top crown

Cut off the bottom

Stand the pineapple upright

Slice off the skin from top to bottom

Remove any remaining eyes

Cut the pineapple in half lengthwise

Cut each half into quarters

Slice out the tough core from each quarter

Cut the flesh into chunks, spears, or slices as desired
