Provide your registered mobile number and account details
Clear any pending dues, loans, or wallet balance before requesting closure
Remove linked bank accounts, cards, and autopay mandates if required
Contact MobiKwik customer support through in-app chat, email, or helpline if the option is not available
Follow any verification steps asked by support
Wait for confirmation that your account has been deactivated or closed
