Sign in to App Store Connect with an account that has the required permissions
Open My Apps
Select the app you want to remove
Check whether the app has any active or pending versions, subscriptions, or in-app purchases
Remove or resolve any active services, subscriptions, or pending items first
If the app is already on the App Store, contact Apple Developer Support to request removal from sale
If the app is not yet released, delete the app record from App Store Connect if the Delete App option is available
Confirm the deletion when prompted
Note that deleted app records cannot usually be restored
