Open your sent mail folder
Find the email you want to delete
Select the email
Click delete or trash
Empty the trash or deleted items folder if needed
If the email was already sent, use undo send immediately if your email service allows it
If the email was sent to someone else, you cannot remove it from their inbox unless the email service has a recall feature and it is supported
Use recall or undo options only if available in your email app
Check your email settings for send cancellation time if you want a chance to stop future sends
