Select Storage
Click Temporary files
Select the cache files you want to remove
Click Remove files
Open Run
Type temp
Press Enter
Delete the files in the folder
Open Run
Type %temp%
Press Enter
Delete the files in the folder
Open Run
Type prefetch
Press Enter
Delete the files in the folder
Open Disk Cleanup
Select the drive
Check temporary files and cache items
Click OK
Click Delete Files
Open your browser
Go to History or Settings
Clear browsing data
Select cached images and files
Click Clear data
Restart the laptop
