Open the Phone app
Go to Recents or Call History
Tap Edit or More
Select the calls you want to delete
Tap Delete or Remove
Confirm the deletion
To clear all calls, choose Clear All or Delete All if available
On Android, you can also open Phone app settings and clear call log if needed
On iPhone, swipe left on a call and tap Delete, or use Edit to remove multiple entries
