Open ChatGPT and sign in
Go to the chat history sidebar
Click the three-dot menu or settings icon
Select Data Controls or Settings
Choose Delete all chats or Clear all conversations
Confirm the deletion when prompted
If bulk delete is not available in your app, delete chats one by one from the history list
On mobile, open the app menu, go to Settings, then Data Controls, and select Delete all chats if available
