How to Delete Extra Pages in Word?

Press Ctrl+Shift+8 to show paragraph marks

Select and delete extra blank paragraphs, page breaks, and section breaks

Place the cursor at the end of the last line on the unwanted page and press Backspace or Delete

Use the Navigation Pane to find and remove blank pages

Check for hidden tables, images, or objects causing the extra page

Reduce paragraph spacing if content is pushing onto a new page

Delete any manual page break with Backspace or Delete

Remove extra section breaks if they are creating a new page

Use the Go To box by pressing Ctrl+G, typing page, and deleting the selected page content

If the last page is blank after a table, select the paragraph mark after the table and set its font size to 1 pt or mark it hidden
