Open Facebook and log in
Go to Settings & privacy
Select Settings
Tap Accounts Center
Select Personal details
Choose Account ownership and control
Select Deactivation or deletion
Choose Delete account
Select Continue to account deletion
Enter your password if prompted
Review the information about deletion
Select Delete account
Confirm by selecting Delete account again
Wait for the deletion request to complete (account deletion can take time)
If you want to stop deletion, log back in before the deletion process completes
