Open Gmail in a web browser
Sign in to your account
Use the search bar to find the emails you want to delete
Select the checkbox at the top left to select all visible emails
Click the “Select all conversations that match this search” link if it appears
Click the trash icon
Repeat for other categories or search results as needed
To delete all emails in a folder, open the folder and select all messages
To delete emails from a specific sender, search for the sender’s address and delete the results
To delete old emails, search by date using Gmail search operators
Open the Trash folder
Click “Empty Trash now” to permanently delete the emails
Use Gmail filters to target future emails for bulk deletion if needed
