Open the Photos app on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac
Select the photos or videos you want to delete
Tap or click the Delete button
Confirm deletion
Open the Recently Deleted album
Select the deleted items
Tap or click Delete All or delete them individually
Confirm permanent deletion
To delete iCloud Photos from iCloud.com, sign in to iCloud.com
Open Photos
Select the photos or videos you want to remove
Click the Delete button
Open Recently Deleted
Delete the items permanently
To stop future syncing, go to Settings
Tap your name
Tap iCloud
Tap Photos
Turn off Sync this iPhone or iCloud Photos
Choose whether to keep or remove photos from the device
Repeat on other Apple devices if needed
