Find the customer support or contact us option
Raise a request to delete or deactivate your account permanently
Mention your registered mobile number, email ID, and IRCTC user ID
Request deletion of all personal data linked to the account
Send the request from your registered email ID if required
Contact IRCTC customer care by phone if online request is not available
Follow any verification steps asked by IRCTC
Wait for confirmation from IRCTC that the account has been deleted or deactivated
