Open LinkedIn and sign in
Go to your Messaging inbox
Open the conversation containing the message
Find the message you want to delete
Click the More icon or three dots next to the message
Select Delete or Remove
Confirm the deletion if prompted
To delete an entire conversation, open the conversation
Click the More icon or three dots in the chat window
Select Delete conversation
Confirm the deletion if prompted
If the delete option is unavailable, the message may not be removable from your side only
On mobile, open the LinkedIn app
Tap Messaging
Open the chat
Tap and hold the message or tap the More icon
Choose Delete or Remove
Confirm if asked
