Open OneDrive
Click the OneDrive cloud icon in the taskbar or menu bar
Go to Settings or Preferences
Select Account
Click Unlink this PC or Sign Out
Close OneDrive
Open Settings on your device
Go to Apps or Applications
Find Microsoft OneDrive
Select Uninstall or Remove
Confirm the uninstall
Delete the OneDrive folder if you want to remove local files
Empty the Recycle Bin or Trash if needed
On the web, sign in to your Microsoft account
Go to OneDrive settings or Microsoft account services
Delete files you no longer want stored in OneDrive
If needed, close your Microsoft account or cancel your Microsoft 365 subscription
