Log in to your Patreon account
Click your profile icon
Go to Settings
Open the Privacy tab
Scroll to the account deletion section
Click Delete account
Follow the on-screen confirmation steps
Enter your password if prompted
Confirm the deletion
Check your email for any confirmation message from Patreon
