Open the App Store
Tap your profile icon
Tap Purchased
Find the app you want to hide
Swipe left on the purchase
Tap Hide
To hide subscriptions, open Settings
Tap your name
Tap Subscriptions
Cancel the subscription if needed
To remove payment history, open Settings
Tap your name
Tap Media & Purchases
Tap View Account
Review your purchase history
Note that Apple does not allow deleting purchase history permanently
You can only hide purchases from the Purchased list
