Open Settings
Tap Screen Time
Tap Turn Off Screen Time
Enter your Screen Time passcode
Confirm Turn Off Screen Time
If you forgot the passcode, tap Forgot Passcode?
Enter your Apple ID and password
Reset the Screen Time passcode
Turn off Screen Time again
If you want to remove Screen Time from a child device, open Settings on that device
Tap Screen Time
Tap Turn Off Screen Time
Enter the Screen Time passcode
If Screen Time is managed by Family Sharing, open the parent or guardian device
Go to Settings
Tap Screen Time
Select the child’s name
Tap Turn Off Screen Time
If Screen Time is restricted by MDM or a school/work profile, contact the administrator
