Open the PhonePe app
Go to the transaction history or recent payments section
Select the transaction you want to delete
Check if the app shows a delete, hide, or remove option
If available, tap the option and confirm
If no delete option is available, note that PhonePe does not allow deleting transaction history
Contact PhonePe support if you need help with a specific transaction
Use app settings to manage privacy or hide transaction details where available
