Sign in to YouTube with the account you want to delete
Go to your Google Account settings
Open the Data and privacy section
Scroll to the section labeled More options
Select Delete your Google Account
Re-enter your password if prompted
Review the data and services that will be deleted
Check the confirmation boxes
Click Delete Account
Confirm the deletion request
