Check your bank’s mobile app or online banking portal for “Mobile Deposit” or “Deposit Checks”
Sign in to your account
Select “Deposit” or “Mobile Deposit”
Choose “Check Deposit”
Enter the check amount
Select the account to deposit into
Take clear photos of the front of the check (showing the full check, all corners, and the signature area)
Take a clear photo of the back of the check
On the back, endorse the check as required by your bank (typically “For mobile deposit” plus your account number)
Review the images and amount preview for clarity and accuracy
Submit the deposit
Save any confirmation number or receipt provided by the app
Keep the physical check for the required hold period shown by your bank
Monitor your account for the deposit status and any pending/cleared notification
