Work the knot from the outside edges toward the center

Keep the clasp closed to prevent further tangling
Use a magnifying glass for very tight knots
Place the necklace on a soft cloth while untangling
Once free, wipe off any oil or residue
Store necklaces separately in small bags or compartments
