Enter the extension number when prompted
If there is no prompt, dial the extension after the main number is answered
Use a pause if needed before the extension
If calling from a desk phone, press the extension directly after connecting
If calling from a mobile phone, use the keypad to enter the extension
If the extension does not connect, ask the operator or receptionist for assistance
