Press the gear/settings icon on the multimedia screen
Open Vehicle Settings
Select Meter Settings
Select Speedometer or Speed Unit Display
Change the display from dual units to single units
Choose MPH only or km/h only
Confirm the setting and exit the menu
If the option is not available, check the instrument cluster settings menu
