Open Settings
Tap Security or Lock screen
Tap Screen lock
Enter your current PIN, password, or pattern
Select None or Swipe
Confirm the change
If required, remove fingerprint or face unlock first
On Samsung devices, go to Settings > Lock screen > Screen lock type
On Pixel or stock Android, go to Settings > Security & privacy > Device lock > Screen lock
If the None option is unavailable, check whether work profile, device admin, or encryption policies are enabled
