Open the WhatsApp group chat
Tap the group name at the top
Tap Group settings
Tap Send messages
Select Only admins
Tap OK or Save
To stop voice messages from specific members, remove them from the group or change admin permissions
To mute voice chat notifications, open the group
Tap the group name
Tap Mute notifications
Choose a duration
Tap OK
