Open the Wallet app on your iPhone
Tap your Apple Cash card
Find and select the transaction you want to dispute
Check whether the transaction is pending or completed
If available, tap the transaction details and look for a report or dispute option
If the dispute option is not available, contact Apple Support through the Wallet app or the Apple Support app
Be ready to provide the transaction date, amount, merchant or recipient name, and reason for the dispute
If the transaction was sent to a person, ask the recipient to return the money if appropriate
If the transaction was made with a merchant, contact the merchant first to request a refund
Review your Apple Cash balance and transaction history for any updates
Follow any instructions from Apple Support to submit supporting details
Monitor your Messages and Wallet app for case updates or resolution status
