Open the Phone app on your iPhone
Start a call with the first person
Tap Add Call
Enter the second person’s number or select a contact
Tap Merge Calls to connect everyone
To add a third person, tap Add Call during the conference
Dial or select the third person
Tap Merge Calls again
To end the call, tap End Call
To manage participants, tap the screen and use the available options (if shown)
