Gather clean sheets, pillowcases, and blankets
Remove old bedding
Put the fitted sheet on the mattress
Put the flat sheet on top
Place pillows in clean pillowcases
Arrange blankets or comforter on top
Smooth out wrinkles
Tuck in edges if desired
Make sure the bed is neat and comfortable
