How To Do Burpees?

Stand with feet shoulder-width apart

Lower into a squat and place your hands on the floor

Jump or step your feet back into a plank position

Keep your body straight in the plank

Lower your chest to the floor if doing a full burpee

Push back up to the plank position

Jump or step your feet forward to your hands

Stand up quickly

Jump straight up with your arms overhead

Land softly and repeat
