Open the Phone app
Dial the first person and wait for them to answer
Tap Add Call
Dial the second person and wait for them to answer
Tap Merge Calls
Repeat Add Call and Merge Calls to include more people if your carrier supports it
To remove one caller, tap the info button or conference list and end that call
To leave the call, tap End Call
