Press `Windows key + ;`
Click an emoji in the emoji panel
Use the search box in the emoji panel
Open the panel in any text field that supports emoji input
Paste emojis copied from another source
Use the Touch Keyboard and select the emoji icon
Enable the touch keyboard from the taskbar if needed
