Prime your eyelids
Apply a neutral transition shade to the crease
Pack a dark eyeshadow on the outer corner and lid
Blend the edges with a clean brush
Apply a medium shade through the crease for depth
Add a black or deep brown shadow close to the lash line
Smudge the same dark shade along the lower lash line
Line the upper and lower waterlines with eyeliner
Apply kohl or gel liner close to the lashes
Blend the liner slightly for a softer look
Highlight the inner corner and brow bone
Apply mascara to the upper and lower lashes
Add false lashes if desired
Clean up any fallout with a makeup wipe or concealer
