Stand with feet shoulder-width apart

Bend your knees slightly

Lean your upper body forward a little

Keep your arms relaxed at your sides

Alternate swinging your arms in a rhythmic motion

Step forward lightly with one foot

Bring the other foot forward to match

Bounce on the balls of your feet

Keep the movement loose and repetitive

Add a slight head nod to the rhythm

Repeat the steps while moving forward or in place
