How To Do Tuna?

Choose fresh or canned tuna

If using fresh tuna, pat it dry

Season with salt and pepper

Heat a pan or grill over medium-high heat

Add oil to the pan if needed

Cook fresh tuna 1 to 3 minutes per side for rare to medium-rare

Cook longer if you want it more done

Remove from heat and let rest briefly

If using canned tuna, drain it

Mix canned tuna with mayonnaise or another binder if desired

Add salt, pepper, and any preferred seasonings

Use in a sandwich, salad, pasta, or wrap

Serve immediately
