Start with clean, dry eyelids
Apply primer or a light layer of concealer
Choose eyeliner type: pencil, gel, liquid, or felt-tip
Look straight ahead into a mirror
Mark the wing angle from the outer corner toward the end of the eyebrow
Draw a thin line from the outer corner following that angle
Create the wing tip first
Connect the wing tip back to the upper lash line
Fill in the wing
Draw a line along the upper lash line toward the inner corner
Keep the line thin near the inner corner
Smooth and even out both eyes
Use cotton swab and makeup remover to clean edges
Set with eyeshadow if needed
