Go to the Income Tax e-Filing portal: https://www.incometax.gov.in/
Click on Login
Enter your PAN/User ID and password
Complete the captcha and sign in
Go to the e-File or View Returns/Forms section
Select Form 16 or Income Tax Forms
Choose the relevant assessment year
If Form 16 is available, download it from the portal
If Form 16 is not available on the portal, get it from your employer or deductor
If needed, check Form 26AS or AIS for tax details instead
