Open the page or app where the GIF appears
Press and hold the GIF on mobile, or right-click it on desktop
Select Save image, Download image, or Open image in new tab
If opened in a new tab, right-click the GIF and choose Save image as
Choose a folder on your device
Click Save or Download
If the GIF is embedded in a website and cannot be saved directly, copy the GIF link and open it in a browser
Use the browser download option or save the file from the browser
Check your Downloads folder if you do not choose a location manually
