Install iCloud for Windows from Apple’s website or the Microsoft Store
Sign in with your Apple ID
Open iCloud for Windows
Turn on Photos
Select iCloud Photos options if prompted
Open File Explorer
Go to iCloud Photos
Open Downloads or Shared folders
Copy the photos to your PC folder
To download from iCloud.com, go to iCloud.com and sign in
Open Photos
Select the photos you want
Click the download icon
Save the files to your PC
